All purchases are shipped Australia wide. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order is filled and shipped as quickly as possible, delays can occur. Should this be the case you will be notified via email.
Please note that shipping rates are calculated based on weight.
Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy
Please notify us immediately if your are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to this policy.
If your purchase arrives damaged due to shipping please keep all boxes and packing material. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged goods and packaging.
For hygiene reasons returns and exchanges are not available on underwear or swimwear.
Returns and exchanges are available for most other items which are:
- New, unopened, unworn, unused and in perfect condition (except to try on for size)
- All tags must be attached and untampered
- Items must be free of dust, dirt, pet hair, lint and odours
Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.
Items are to be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RA number. Contact us for an RA number with your order number and reason for the return/exchange and what action you would like to have taken refund/exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
If you exchange your item for one of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
If you exchange for an item of greater value the difference will be charged prior to shipping.
Exchange item availability cannot be guaranteed and is based on available stock at the time your return is received.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
The Girl Way reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if upon receipt the returned item(s) does not comply with this return policy.
